www.tafftune.com is up and running. At the moment there are only a couple of pages that work on there as I'm working on content for the whole site and DanC dogboxmedia is ironing out little details on there. The home page is where I keep updates on the cars and random crap that happens around here so keep checking back to see what I'm up to lol. Bare with me as the whole lot gets up and running properly and more content is added in the different sections. If someone wants a link adding to the home page to go with all the others then let me know
Looks good there Taff, just a constructive tip putting some credentials up, always helps with the look of a site, gives a professional look about it
I will do when I look to generate business from the forum, but the fact of the matter is that at the moment its not much more than a site that I'll use to document the cars I build for myself and a few of my mates cars. When/if I decide to make a go of taff*tune as a commercial venture then it'll have a revamp to be more professional. At the moment I have no more than an Automotive Engineering degree, a years experience in WRC, almost 16months experience in preparing a racing car and karting experience spread over the last 17 years.
Ah cool, i know the feeling just starting out from nothing, but so far it's looking good and hopefully with the way the drift scene is going I won't be suprised to see business take off on there. It takes a lot of guts to do what you've done but good luck with it and many hopes for the future On a side note I've gotta go to Bristol, been offered a place on a GT team working with Stealth, the GT team was made the factory outfit and they need someone to work with the top engineer there for this season at least, maybe next with a possible full time position at the end of it if things work out
Good luck with that! I know how hard it is to get a foot in the door in motorsport so anything at that sort of level is fantastic.
OT sorry! just found this ---> http://www.stealthcars.co.uk/intro.htm I'm looking forward to the weekend!
Yeh, awesome cars! We had a Stealth all ready to go into our racing game GTR: FIA GT Championships but some legal wranglings came into play which meant we couldn't use it in the final product, damn shame as its a fantastic little car.
