sr20dets are prone for splitting or spitting out rocker arms when reved to the limiter.

basicly the rocker stoppers are designed to keep pressure on them and stop them coming out

    there worth the money:)

but they dont mean you can sit on the limiter for hours on end either.
they help a little, but you cant get away from how crap rocker arms are when revved.

i've done a couple of rockers, seen jc do 4 of them in a day! :/

they are a little help for the SR weakpoint, but they are not a cure. worth it for £50 though.

SR20's are not that bad at doing them if you keep the RPM down and secondly you retain the stock hydrolic lifters, the second you put soild on it is very prone to it :)

Do you mean keep the RPM down as in below 5-6k or as in just not raising the rev limiter?
