As in title I own a company with my father for the storage and working of classic cars, we have at the moment empty lockups that I have convinced the old man would be of use to some of us and he's let me run with it. What I am looking for are SENSIBLE and RESPECTFUL people that want space to work on their drift projects, store extra bits, go nuts we don't care what you have in there tbh. The lockups themselves are set behind heavy duty fencing and sheilded gates on a 3 acre site, you will bring and keep your own padlocks for your personal doors, I have no interest in getting in there unless invited. They hold as I said before up to 9 cars, 3 wide and 3 deep, the only let down is that they have no power which does mean the rent is kept super cheap, I can also offer storage of single cars in the large communal lockup depending on what you want us to do for you. Tell me about it mate I know a lot of people are short of space down here I actually live in Hertfordshire and have to travel up myself
A few more pics I took today to give you an idea of the site.. The entrance gates and night watchmans unit. Work in progress on the domed workshop. The 2 units in the large lockup... Secured by sliding doors and roller shutters. This is the work in progress on the power lockup.. And the unit that is soon to become available.. both in the large lockup.

Yeah I know! you can't get this much space for anywhere near the price I'm asking, I would have killed for one of these myself a few years ago before we bought the place. I'm just shocked there aren't more people interested but I suppose its mainly a distance thing, thought more locals would be up for it though..
