Right I've finally lost all interest in it... The car hasn't been used for 2 months and has done less than 800 miles since April! The car has a running problem that I haven't been able to get to the bottom of since owning it. The car stutters through the revs which is 99% cured by disconnecting the lambda sensor but it is only a solution and not the cure... Spec. 95 Touring Manual (A/c, Leather, Multi CD, etc) 144k but has S14a auto engine on 68k! Marlin Green Eibach Springs on 30k shocks Whiteline ARB's Air Filter S/Steel Exhaust with Decat (have cat as well) 5 months MOT and Tax. New Fuel Pump New FPR New Throttle Position Sensor New Fuel Filter New Sparks New Lambda Sensor New Viscous Fan Clutch 'valve' removed for better clutch feel And probably other stuff I've forgotten about! I also have 5 spare S14 wheels, bren device and a dump valve that haven't been fitted. Bad Points. The car has a slight dent in rear quarter (not big!) Thrust bearing noisy. Only 1 rad securer, cable tied well at present. May need new clutch soon, though may just need bleeding as car has been standing for a while. All in all it IS a good car that just needs a little TLC and possibly someone with some mechanical knowledge. I will definitely consider a swap or p/x as all I need at the mo is a daily driver though pref something with a bit of poke... As said in the title the car is £1700, which I dont think is bad considering I paid £2100 for it and have spent an extra £1200 on it since! hello mate, im desperate to get myself an s14 and yours looks perfect as i work for nissan i should be able to figure out the running prob. although my only prob is i need to sell my car first, unless you would be interested in a swap for a mk1 golf convertable? its in excellent nick with a power hood, coilovers, clifford remote start alarm plus a load of other bits. could be perfect for the missus if your not too keen hehe let me kno if your interested cheers j
