Hi, ive owned hsd dualtech’s for around 18 months, i originally had them on a bmw e36 coupe and have now bought an e36 compact and have transfered them on to that. When i ordered the hsd’s there was an option for somthing extra if they were for a compact and i didnt select it as it was not needed at the time. Firstly does anyone know what the extra bit is that is needed for the compact? as my suspension swapped over with no problems. Also are there any pictures of the correct way the top mounts should be facing as ive been told my maybe facing the wrong way but they are on the only way that seems logical. Hope that makes sense. 8k springs, i had cheap ebay coilovers before so hsd’s are worlds better!! The damening adjust makes a huge difference, just wish i greased them all up before installing them as they have rusted abit on the threads
