bmw suspension

    one of my mates has just got a bmw 850i and he wants to build it into a drift car. hes looking for some adjustable suspension. does anyone know if a coilover kit is available for a 850i or can you tell me if any other bmw suspension will fit on the 850i. thanks for any help

    He quoted me 320 + postage for 4 koni's for my 320i e30 (not coilovers but fully adjustable damping)

    Loads of companys do the lowering springs but can't find any uprated dampers/anti roll bars ect.euro car parts for eibach.850's are a technological spaceship! v12:wack: Maybe eibach could make him up a kit? does it have electronicly adj suspension? ie dampers?

    E31s are basically the same as E34/E32/etc/etc, to get "coilovers" you need to either get a GC type kit or purchase an exchange set of coilovers where they have modified the stub axle/hub/etc to a coilover unit.

    I'm 99% certain E34 coilovers from someone like FK or KW would bolt on, that's if they don't supply E31 fitment anyway.
