    Hi all,

The basic jist i seem to be getting is that the front end is e36 compact and the rear end is e30. The main question is, will a E36 lock kit bolt up fine to the z3?

Also, are all the standard diff's the same strength or are the 2.8 and 3.0 stronger?

    Thanks all.

36 lock kit will bolt right in as the z3 is just a compact with a different shell.

Not sure about diffs but depending what engine the z3 had from standard it will likely be a small case.
