New pads shouldn't make any excessive noise once installed. Is there a visible mark on the disc that was not there before? Does the noise get louder with increasing brake pressure?

There may be a stone stuck in between the pad and caliper.

Odd, I would drop the pads out and check for stones or any unwanted material. If they are scoring the discs then you should NOT drive it, you will soon have buggered discs.
