    Hi lads..

I waxed my supra at Blyton this weekend, had to tow her home 160 miles behind a van with no windows...that's another story..anyhow..

We have a loud knocking coming from the top front end of the engine.
    we have so far..
    checked compression..all good
checked under rocker cover - nothing loose..

The car starts and idles fine, apart from a fair amount of smoke..
I have found oil pissing though my turbo, but I don't think it is connected to this noise..( I have a new turbo to go on).

    So..starter for 10 points..
What do you think YouTube- The sound of a wounded drift car

    cheers for reading!

    hope you can help...

Yes I am serious...I have faith in the Beethoven's of the drift world..

This is better than trying to describe the problem..don't you think?

probably the fastest way to find out whats causing the noise is to rev it HARD until watever it is breaks, then just replace the part:D
(seriously, sounds like it could be bearings,cam/followers,or somthing simple like a loose pulley, but sound like a fuked bearing to me)
