Hydro Hand break relocation
Thought I had better do this as it has alway felt a little out of place on the others side of the tunnel :-)
Why couldn't u reach it
Yea that's it Dean! T**t :-)
Awsome car !
Interior back together :-)
looks good, hows the 1jz performing
Very well and I am extremely happy with it ATM . I'm in need of sorting the rest of the handeling and monitoring guages but ATM I love it :-)
Smeatharp Dakota drift 12/10/2013
Loads of fun!
Black s13.4 180sx is my brother (xistance1986) and he was trying to scrub....... Fool!
Nearly time to get the car apart for single turbo conv, all the controll arms changed....... Oooooooooooohhhhhhh getting excited :-D
I managed to weld a socket to the stuck middle nut and get that off.
After a lot of grinding and
Bolt shortening I finally got the Toyosports manifold to fit, everyone told me not to get japspeed manifold cos they are rubbish well....... These ain't any better Lol! next time I get a min il make some brackets to support the wastegate and a brace to take the weight of the turbo off the manifold,
Looks awesome. I also have a lot of love for 1j's. Right screamer!
We just need to get her screaming safely :-)
They are extremely bad fit lol I cut mine down the middle to give it a little bit of flex, Pretty sure the Wastegate pipe is in a useless position too, I modified mine to make it fit nicer.
Maybe ive missed it in the thread but what turbo are you going for?
Put a carb on it!
I manager to get the flange to fit but not looked at the waste gate but I hope I can sort something out.
And I'm trying a hy35w :-)
Test fit didn't go overly well but I now know my down pipe needs a smaller vband at a slightly different angle to clear the steering rack
I also need to put a 90 degree Bend on the wastegate pipe to allow space for screamer
Not too bad tbf but does mean I need to wait for parts!
Nice thread mate, can't beat the sound of a 1JZ!
