your going to get a lot of body roll and lose overall feel over the car, a better option would be a stiffer rear sway bar/springs if you want to reduce understeer.

The body roll is nill as my front suspension is so hard and also i jave stiffened the rear anti roll bar.

I urge any of you to try it, it makes a huge difference

You've made a statement saying you know how to set up cars but from what I can see you haven't even removed the roll bar?
Just cut the links off? And badly by the looks of things.

The roll bar doesnt move hardly at all even when disconnected how i have. all you need to do is remove the small drop link i then too out the nut so for mot etc can simply bolt on the drop bar. I did that at both sides and fully removed it didnt think id need to post pics of that up ......

Setting up a car is not cutting a bar :D !!

with those z3 reinforcer plates, do they just sit topside of the shocker so in the boot, remove the two 13? mm bolts each side and fit plates?
thats how i did mine but not sure if that was correct or not :/
looking good, p.s i have some 15 inch alloys with tyres if your interested

Raised bonnet doesn't work, in some cases the temps get even higher then stock.

when you're driving at reasonable speed that area is an area of high pressure. so in theory i guess the outside air could push the hot air back in. Generally in drifting though, you give it short bursts then leave it too cool, in which case this is probably usefull

Went to bolton to collect a new boot today, also fitted it and it was more of a nighmare with the wirin that i thought plus the mechanism on the one i collected i found it was faulty when i got home so i swapped all that over then spend 2 hours rewiring it all but much prefer the look of e36's without a spoiler :D !!!

    Before

    After

    Thoughts ??

Couldnt just take the old spoiler off as the boot was rotton as hell so needed a new one anyways not bad for £25 :)

36's do look better without a spoiler, but at the moment I'm some what of a fan of the GT spoiler.

    (roof spoilers look good too)
