Hi names Ben and this is my 325.

I travelled 200 miles to pick up this lovely (tatty) 325i more door for a fair price , Already has a welded diff but I don't like the ratio so it will be getting a small case diff , drifty steering wheel and lock spacers fitted.

Then in to rebuilding the vanos as it rattled rather bad and the car didn't have a lot of power.

Got the vanos rebuilt and started to put the front back together , also got a new radiator as the old one was a small type and was not really much good , went with the bigger/deeper A/C radiator. Also got an aircon fan to stick on the front for a bit of extra cooling.

Got my wheels painted then test fitted on full lock to make sure there wasn't any catching think I'll be putting 25mm spacers on but for now the lock is good and it clears everything :) also fitted my Coilovers they need more low on the front but are ok for now.

Next was to polybush everything . While the subframe was of I also had the chassis reinforcement plated welded in as I didn't fancy the chassis ripping as I heard it's a bit common on these cars .

Also did the front arms with m3 eccentric bushes but didn't get a photo . Decided the diff bushes were also no good so got some nice solid ones :)
