E36 broken diff mount, drivable for a mile?

    So my diff fell out.

    Its the long rear diff mount on one side thats broken so the diff is hanging off at an angle. The drive shaft that side is off to.

    So, do you think it'll make the mile drive from where its parked to my house?

    I'm gonna wait until late tonight so i can crawl with no traffic to hold up obviously. Luckily its all back streets to.

    Turns out it will.

    So if you bust your E36 diff mount, i can tell you at a crawl it might go about a mile.

    In depth test over.

    lol I snapped the bolt in the front of my diff mount, still did another 3hrs of skidding and drove it home from Santa Pod 230 miles like that knocking like fuck, gawge out my floor with the diff hitting it.
