Loud exhaust's on road cars are GAY.
Come to think of it... He did seem to like buying pink things for me to bolt to his under carriage
surely when they handed you the cherry bomb you couldnt of thought hmm this is gonna be quiet...
slice and stick in a good sized mid box and you'll be laughing
OK now 'm curious to hear what it actually sounds like. Video or sound clip please.
I wouldn't have a loud pipe because pissing off the neighbours in South East London is a BAD idea when you park on the street.
this made me 'GIGGIDY' quite loud and i recived a couple of wierd looks from around the shop
I'm going to rape all of your mothers.
Erm, how? mines loud, but i want it loud as its a lairy enough car?

Are the top links the "actual" cherrybomb exhausts that we're on about here? Can't imagine they do much but make louds...
i must admit this is somehow true ... on my old 180sx i had a Buddy Club, the straight pipe with a 4" (i think) exit and sounded unreal, popped banged etc all the time.
but then i got a bit older and realised its a little gay and annoying .... and that you cannot beat the noise of a japspeed Exhaust!!!!! i love the sound of my Sil80!!!!!
Agreed, but overly quiet exhausts are even gayer
They are annoying & anti-social.
Everyone thinks you're a knob.
The po-lice can hear/find you.
Its all about the stealth.
meh, i like my rb to make nice noises!
Buddy Club Spec II is the apocalypse.

In all fairness, if I didn't have an SR I'd probably have some retarded exhaust
didnt have a clue what this cherry bomb thing was.
but that car sounds totally awesome and i want to sound like that
Kam is right they are smelly snatch. I bet the guy in the subaru is popular.
Buddy club spec II will win this for sure. a lad local to me had one on a VTI civic. you could hear him for about 10 miles. every downshift upshift when it hit TEC and dropped out etc. you would hear him start the car and drive to the next town. you could work out what corners he was on, all the way.
haha that is brilleant!
loud exhaust and fuzz = just turn the engine off and coast by!
Activate the steering lock, smash into parked patrol car...
going from retarded loud in the rx7 to backbox cut off restrained burbleyness in the 530i has been the best thing ever.
when i want to hear it i press the loud pedal when i dont i dont. lovely. no more headaches
You make me chuckle, it's EXACTLY what I have on my 318iS! And I drove it like that for about a year and a half, at one point (when the first cherry fell off and got run over by a lorry) I had a straight pipe bolted in instead. If you think the cherry is loud, trust me, it's NOTHING.
M42 engines are VERY loud. I had the front box and the cherry and that was it (stock system has 2 centre boxes and backbox).
Anyway, put a mid-box in. Simples!
Anyway Bladey, what're you on about? Nova's are AWESOME:
But yeah, loud exhausts suck anywhere other than track (where they're normally banned) because they're intrusive, and make you easier to hear when (not) doing streeto.
