"Get over your hatred of me" I don't hate you despite you being ginger and Welsh and normally thats two reasons to hate anyone.

I don't give a crap that its not jap.
I don't give a crap that it doesn't get drifted.
I don't give a crap that people don't agree with me.
All I was saying that it doesn't do anything for me.

Its your car man do what the hell you like with it but you can't throw a tizzy when people don't like something YOU offered into a public domain.
If you really really don't care what people think you wouldn't have started this thread.
What I think you actually expected from this thread is people telling you how awesome you are and how cool the car is which for the most part they have so yeah ego successfully stroked however know your audience.

Not at all, I don't care about any of the above. What I do care about is people lying about me and fabricating their own truths. That's bollocks!!! At end of the day, MOST here bum Jap cars which is fine, its what you guys like. There have been a few open minded people on here that have enjoyed looking at the updates, despite the car/brand not being their cup of tea. Then there's just the spiteful bellends that just love to stick their wooden spoon in....that's when there's no need for it...

Yes, that's the thing, even if you do a Novice drift day at any track etc. in the country in a 'boring' s-body, there will be pictures of it. If someone's drifting a rwd Focus, there would be loads of pictures, as it is different from the norm at drift days! And no, a picture in FastFord of you doing a burnout doesn't count. Give it the 'you hate me because it's not jap' bullshit all you like, but given as I was brought up around Fords, and love Fords more than any other brand, I really don't think that's the case. I've got lots of respect for this car and the builder, it's just you who comes across as a cock. :) (It's also funny as fuck watching you get all worked up when people disagree with you lol)

I would love a focus cossie. I love this car. And I owned a 400bhp cossie for years and just bought my 2nd cossie engine car today.

I just don't like the way so much unfounded claims and half truths have been said and the way the geezer been gettin personal as he can't back up what was said about drifting and Gatebil.

The fact a stock focus has a good chassis means zero to this car btw. It's not got any of he great focus suspension design, front or rear, it's basically a cossie underneath, 1980s spec basic rear non adjustable semi trailing arms and McPherson strut front. And no lock as sierras have none anyhow and focus chassis rails are so much wider even stock sierra lock is too much. Seen enough converted shells in the flesh to know this.

Fucking love the car mind, just wish the thread was more honest. People here aren't all blinkered jap bummers who dont know any different.

Got my new Corbeau Club Sport seats this morning. Cracking seat, pretty much identical to Recaro SPG's at only £300 for the pair. Bargain! :top:

Wheel alignment booked tomorrow with Robin Taylor, the ex-F1 engineer that setup Senna's F1 Lotus back in the day :)

Ventured over to Porsche specialist Ninemeister in Warrington today to sort out the geometry on my 6 degree beam and rose jointed TCA's. Cracking setup there and the car responds very well :)

    Just loved this!

    Wonder who's the quickest

A bit of a clunk had developed in my Supra diff, so I decided to finally get Bara Motorsport to check it out and rebuild it, along with a Weir Performance stage 1 MAXGRIP kit. On inspection, the usual backlash issues with Supra diffs had come to light on mine, but everything else was completely immaculate considering its age. Crush sleeve was replaced along with a couple of seals, but the bearings were spot on (which are about 250 a set )

The original breaking point sat at 40 lb/ft which isn't really good, but after fitting the new kit, its now a good 97 lb/ft. Shouldn't be able to make 1 wheel spin anytime soon :) There's various other kits available for the kit, but a little extreme for road/track use. More suitable for full on drifters who take the cheaper option of welding their diffs.

A little about the kit from the States Weir Performance - MAXGRIP LSD Kits
