The car is cutting out under load, like it's hitting the rev limiter at about 5000 rpm and we think it is overboosting or spiking. We are trying to set the car up and we have the instructions for a piece of kit which came with the car a HKS valve controller 3, but we don't know what Kg/cm2 means.
