hi there the is my first post here first i love the work u guy`s doing and i hope some day i can get chance to join u on my own car (planing to ship my car to uk for sure will be cheerer for me than i work on it here "Kuwait " ) now i got 2 car`s first one is z 33 i know it`s best car for drift i can buy now "or i think like that" for Meany rezone's but i would like to start drifting on my other car which is z32 it`s TC two seat i know some if u will say why u wana start with the hard one ill say i like it like that and i have the car will start with it and nothing will stop me now i need help i know some the guy`s here didn't with the z32 as drift project i need to know and ur advice where and what i start with it : *should i have to swap RB 2jz "my self i think the las1 is the best " *what part of suspension i should fix , modified or replace *i know i have to reduce the Wight in the car where i start and what i have to remove *what the best modified i should use it for the original engine (z32 90`s twin cam ) *tire and wheels *training and gear as drifter hope u guy`s can help me and if u notice i forget something or missing anything feel free to say it here or contact me i really need help and i know im in the right place thanks and im sorry my English is sucks i know that
hello. i also have a 300zx z32. mines is a 4 seater, the LWB version. you have the SWB. join on Welcome to 300ZX-Club - the UK Owners Club for the Nissan Z32 and Z31 300ZX loads of helpful guys on that site. Porblem with the 300zx and drifting is most of them die a horrible death due to overheating, so its not the ideal car for drifting in the 350z you have would be. On saying that tho........if you can get some nice big smic's or fmic on the car a nice oil cooler etc you might be in with a chance. suspension......go for tein adjustable + adjustable camber arms. for the weight. Take everything out and just put back in the dash/steering wheel and 2 seats! depends also on the mileage on your car etc if it can handle the abuse of drifting also. Putting the supra engine in would be a good idea, tho it wont be cheap to do i dont imagine.
do u think the 1jz will work will if i do the swap some guy`s told me the 1 jz better than 2 jz for drift i mean any one can help with that ??
1jz is a great choice of engine & if it fits the engine bay well id say you have the winning idea! 2jz is not worth the extra expence unless your going for mega powers imo.
