How much to get a car picked up from Southampton Docks?

    Hi all, possibly going to need the Mrs new toy picked up from Southampton docks, soon as poss really.
    Need it delivering to Rushden (NN10), not far from Santa Pod.

    Any ideas on a reliable car pickeruperer and what it's gonna cost her?

    I have a recovery truck.. I live half way between Southampton and Pod..
    However, I don't really do recovery type work, more just there when I need it.. It's called RhinoRecovery.. Because I know how to charge..
    If you get stuck and want it done asap I'll do it for £350(£1 per mile). How low is the car? Iv got XL jenga blocks if it's low..

    try anyvan.com.. dales quote is about right £1 a mile, you might get lucky and find some who is doing the trip in reverse so under quotes everyone else.

    I was looking around for vehicle moving type websites yesterday and they all seem to be the same.(I want like 20 cars taking somewhere)

    or rent a 3.5T beavertail for £100 a day and drive it yourself.

    Go in with a friend and a dolly trailer and just tow it back, preferably avoid the motorways.

    Hi I've got a transport company and fully insured,also my trucks are on airbags do lowered cars no probs pm me for a price much lower than prices mentioned

    Cheers guys but the mrs has sorted it now, not like she didn't have time with it being on the boat for 6 weeks!
