Getting serious. this week has been. productive. the rear bit of bumper the went walkies at buxton and cracked all over the shop! mine and chris (knuxx of here) Also not pictures yet - new Janspeed tubular manifold. not to sue if there was much wrong with the old one but never mind. also a Walbro ful pump. Injectors arrive tomorrow and then its off to see the legend that is steve sadler on Sat hopefully. special thanks to mitch who sorted out the manifold issues for me! and the other stuff i didnt have time/weather for!
Cars been to steve sadler, firstly - what a man... identified the turbo as a t25g little baby thing. will post the results up tomorrow but 295ft/lb epic......
this is Due a ALMIGHTY update. im working on it. comming soon. the bumper looks more like this now... also the car is driving AWESOME..... 3 current problems are: 1) Relaxing. 2) A Job 3) They have built speed bumps on my road. car - on drive dont even know if i can get it out the street!
the stupid amount of speed bumps appearing everywhere is starting to take the piss! I feel your pain, to get to my house I can either go up a hill with about 10 speed bumps (which has speed cameras at the top and bottom of the hill/ start and finish off the speed bumps???) or go the long way round which still has 2 speed bumps to get over and some shitty roads. My bumper is sitting 4" off the ground!! Cars looking good dude
as i said big update coming soon just with Power figures plans and stuff heres a Teaser of the Llandow mess up - Shame i could do backwards entrys - just not when it was licancing.... thanks to LLoyd for the picturaaaas (these are mainly for boo kong bumper repair quotes)
ok update time. firstly the license day was great day the course was awesome but just new course - silly weather and the un expected "tyres" threw me a little i really like to think things threw and my plan was to just go balls out at the beginning and find the grip level see what it was like. but the tyres scared me to be honest. if it was dry it would have been fine. but i have just lost my job and only just had enough money to fuel to get home from llandow. so instead of doing what i useually do i ended up starting really slow and nurvous trying to work up to the corner. but it wasnt happening. it been wet all my practices then it really dried out for my run so i upped the pressures. sitting on the grid. the heavens opened. i had fat PSI and a soaked track. no balls and i couldent afford to hit anything. and in the end it was to much which was a shame because the car was driving awesome. all the problems were in my head. the weather on the way! anyways before llandow the car had been to steve sadler and has abit of this also before llandow i went to buxton and decided to bust a track arm. so tien replacements came. as well as the dw solid donut thing and some apex uprated rack bushings just to make sure it was as advertised started work on the pull cables also all my front bumpers are dead. and the car is carrying some drift scars now. so with the last of my money, i decided to buy myself a Christmas present and this is what arrived. i was horrified to find... i almost died... until i realized this... and it was £300 worth of harness's and Tow bars..
LoL was laughing when i seen the pots matey. your as bad as me even when i need cash i spend it on the car rather than what it should be for. Shame about not having a job goodluck with the search
lol yeah - i shat myself. OK HUGE BUMP on this next week. in the next 4 days its getting a rebuild - and i mean rebuild from the ground up - in 4 days - like timeteam and groundforce combined but on a drift car. new rims, bumpers, stance, just watch this space.
