<p>Hi all, had GT86 a month now and haven't been about enough to have time to start a build thread, plus photos wouldn't work but sorted it now.</p><p> So as it stands 13 plate, Manual, red Gt86. All</p><p> Options I think nearly apart from full leather.</p><p> So what I've done already, well I had car a week, then went into the garage for the rocket bunny kit to be fitted. Seeing as GReddy wouldn't send me a kit I had to buy a knight racer one, and the fit was awful! So it's been painful but it's all most done now! Update: So viewed car tonight, car will be finished end of next week! Anyway your all here for pictures! As you can see a little for bits to go and then the cars being resprayed. Also fitted up with the downstar hardware ofc to give it a nice finishing touch. Coilovers seem to have been bought! Now just to see what wheels my sponsor Comes up with! Should of contacted jesse streeter he could of got you it from Japan. Replica kits are always a terrible fit, your first post none of the pictures work
I did try at the time but no one seemed they could be bothered! I did notice that I'll fix that later on thanks.
That's not like jesse he sorted out my aimgain kit for my lexus right away, are you going to smooth out the rivets or leaving them showing? Will look good once it's done
The boys at absolute body repair fitting the kit for you? If it is them know the lads well and all their stuff turns out top notch :-) can't wait to see it all finished
Update: Went to see the car today! She's getting there and hopefully be done this Saturday. Including all paint work, wheels tyres and coilovers! Wheels will be with me Monday, Adapters/spacers will be with me mid next week! Then just to sort tyres. Unsure what size sir what to go for, but leaning towards 235/40/18 fronts, 265/35/18 rears, nankang NS-2R medium compounds. Just what she looks like atm
Let's hope so, it will be turbo or drop and Ls engine in haven't decided yet. Few update photos from sprayers today and last night! Should be all back together Friday!
