**** SOLD ******** Sadly just not getting enough time to use this and it should be used not just sitting there. http://www.driftworks.com/forum/drift-cars-sale-private-sales/150989-kermit-ps13-sale.html The link above is James's original post listing the original build spec, I did a few bits to get it MOT'd the first time, then did 1 DWYB and then took it to Protuner to sort out a raft of minor things and some big things, like a new turbo. Since then it's done two DWYB days and has just been MOT'd and taxed for 12months so is ready to go again. The list below is what Greg or I've done: Replaced passenger lower front arm ball joint and steering rack gators Replace front driver side hub/bearing Replaced gearbox neutral switch Removed and replaced drivers and passengers window switches with new aftermarket New Garrett 2860RS Turbo with WRC bearings Replace all gaskets and some bolts repair down pipe bracket and supply and fit exhaust flexi pipe Engine compression tested and smoke test and fixed/replaced items as necessary Replace rear subframe bushes with solid aluminium Replace rear lower arm inner bushes Replace n/s driveshaft with second hand good working drive shaft Replace rear upright bushes Replace rear shock lower bushes Supply and fit fuel pump hard wire kit with fused relay Fit battery positive isolator fuse in boot Make and fit Turbo heat shield Reposition Intercooler and tidy bay inc. fuel line fitting replacement Heath check and various adjustments to the map on the rolling road (makes just under 330 of both!) Find and repair various oil and water leaks New water pump Source and fit oil catch tank Lots of bits for MOT!! etc etc etc The pic below shows the engine bay currently with the repositioned bits etc. I'm not desperate to sell so no stupid offers! This is me earlier this year! I'm crap and it makes it look like like I'm not! If you want to come see it give me a shout. There are 4 additional rims, one pair of 10, one of 9.5, a spare gearbox and various other bits. Nearly forgot, the MOT bloke made me fit a bloody washer bottle this year aswell! Which we made work! EDIT: Not used this at all this year, it is sad and needs to be abused, so I'm dropping the price: Offers over £5k for the car on it's own and over £6k with all the spares, wheels tyres etc? I also have a brand new boxed MAF that I'll haggle with Spec from original post by James for those who miss the link. I drove this car when James had it. Nailed the first 4 laps having never driven it before round the BDC track at Norfolk 2011. Makes drifting easy! Make someone a good comp car. GLWTS
Used to own this car! First RWD I ever owned and first car I ever skidded.. Was fantastic and made even better since James got his hands on it! We did this one time :
It depends on if you want all the wheels, gearbox, tyres etc.. To be honest I don't really want to sell it, hence the comment about no stupid offers, but if you want to message me an offer feel free.
I've added a list of the specs from the original add by James, it really does look the same as the video still, it has done maybe 500miles since Greg had it, I haven't added any more bumps or scrapes, yes I will take a swap or (even some cash your way for something really nice), but only if it's clean, leather interior, fast(ish) and will seat 4 full size adults, 2 or 4 door, and can be used a a daily by the wife (who can drive reasonably well!)
Think he said 330 with matching torque, I would love to buy this car just to annoy James! Always looked incredible, and im not a massive fan of bright green cars!
Yes, Can't remember off the top but 326, 328 something around there and with same sort of number for torque, will try and scan dyno prints so I can send them. I drove it yesterday so it's parked outside my house as got one or two viewings later, and it is still very fast and lairly for road driving but still great fun and blitzed a 911 that I think thought it was just a body kit job
Cheers , I'll keep buying the Oblivion Supporter shirts I took two people out last night for test runs (one longer than the other as we got a bit carried away), there are two issues: one the screen had a chip that has turned into a crack, I have booked the car in for a new screen next Thursday. Secondly, when it's cold it didn't want to idle but clears and drives great when warm, (idle motor or Trottle sensor?), this will not get fixed before sale but as I said, it is fine when warm much to the entertainment for last nights viewers who couldn't believe how fast it was! I have now scanned the dyno sheet, so have them to email along with a pic from last night
