I am selling my R32 GTR shell (not rolling), we can lift it on to a truck, does anyone know a cheap company to transport it from the Isle of Wight? People are extremely interested but I have no truck to deliver. The most interested guy happens to be in Aberdeen, the rest in Ireland, London or over in mainland Europe. Any ideas for companies and potential prices?

Most places I have enquired about transporting cars charge between 50p and £1.50 per mile. The lower end seem to be any Tom, Dick & Harry with a beavertail transit and the higher end being fully insured companies.

I'm now starting to see companies advertising rental trucks with straps etc included. I'm not sure if there's any local to you but might be an option.

Would that require a container? Or would they accept it on the ship as is?
