Here we have my Lotus Elise s2 for sale. I have owned this car since February 2015, it really is a pleasure to drive and I am only selling due to lack of use (less than 2000 miles a year). Never been tracked or raced, although with the recent upgraded tyres it would make a fantastic track car as the handling is unbelievable. It has been dry stored its whole life and therefore the paint is immaculate. It has been professionally detailed at regular intervals to keep the paint as great as it is. The roof is also in perfect condition. No expense has been spared and it has always had anything that needed doing sorted straight away. There is a huge pile of receipts and paperwork detailing the history of work carried out over the years. The engine is the 1.8 k-series. In 2005 it had the lotus cylinder head upgrade which increases the power to 140bhp and significantly reduces the risk of head gasket failure. MOT is due May. Has always passed first time during my ownership with no advisories. Spec as follows: - Lotus 140 cylinder head, - Leather seats, Kevlar outers and inflatable lumbar support. - Meta Thatcham Cat 1 alarm and immobilizer, - Nankang NS2-R road legal semi slick tyres (done 200 miles), - Magnaflow Exhaust system, - ITG carbon fibre induction kit, - HID headlight conversion, - Front splitter, - Dateless private plate included in sale, - Alpine head unit.
