Well the car's pretty beat up now! Drift day at crail took its toll on her The Damages? - Front Bumper - Rear Bumper - Front pass indicator smashed - Rear light dosnt work now - Front & Rear 'show' hooks are made of cheese and wrecked - Power Steering Pump - Garage Vary front lip in pieces (2 days old) - OEM Clutch (3 days old) - Front Pass wing - Pass Door - Grill in bumper think thats it.. non the less though, I had a stupid amount of fun! Turns out.. this thing is alot easier to drift than expected Loved every minute of it!!!
Nooooooo, broke the GV spoiler already?!!! Guess it wasn't in the best shape anyway, so never mind, sounds like you had a load of fun anyway though, thats the thing about the 5, loads of cmunication from the steering wheel makes it a lot easier to control than you'd think... Pics needed though!!! Russell.
did you have to use your clutch alot for the track? i assume the oem clutches just cant take the abuse of clutch kicking/shift locking? haha sounds like you had an awesome time dispite the parts that need replacing thumbs up! awesome little project!
Good to see it being thrashed and abused It is quite a rewarding car to skid.. Out of interest wtf did you hit? Lol that's more than cones surley?
Looked kool yesterday dude, shame i broke mine and couldn't get out at the same time. Sucks you bent it tho, Dude if you got any pics of my car on your camera hook me up please Was a rocker arm on my car btw.
you got home ok, thats the main thing! One of those things :/ when i heard you were off I was like.. 'I must have some kinda tool or something that can help the situation some how!!!' however my box was full of cable ties and duck tape.. useless for your situation its a damm shame man, as that 180 was by far one of my fav cars of the day, despite its short appearance on track! I'll check through what I can and see what iv got
Thanks man! Yeah i did notice it drew a bit of a crowd when i was out, dude that would be sweet if you could see what you've got
