I'm amazed that i somehow never picked up on that when i read it again several times and just the fact that i even typed it in the first place . Yes it was a belt and i had all the work done at B&L motors in congleton. Same story with the diff, someone reminded me that it ran an LSD 20 hours before listing ended and couldn't edit the post, hence why i had to put the tunnel run video on here and not ebay. Spoke to a nice scottish woman this morning who told me she had no idea what an MX-5 was so the good news is my knowlege is slightly better than someone elses Bad news is that was the number the buyer gave me and therefore yet another ebay messer.
