Hay guys been on the sight for a while now never really posted much um just a browsing sort of guy lol Have my ae86 for over 5 years now and had some fun in it over the years! It isnt really what you would call a drift car but I try to attend some track and drift days in it when I can It started out like this Then I done it two tone as I love the red and black It didnt change much after this just a few little things like wheels and spot light arrangement The paint started to get a little tired and a couple of bubbles appeared here and ther so made a big decision Currently sits like this Sorry for the massive pic dump lol Spec is full janspeed system including 4 to 1 manifold k&n air filter oil and fuel filters Lightened flywheel kaas 2 way lsd Potenza gymkana adjustable shocks and pi springs Fly off handbrake Lock extensions
a proper gt coupe ! getting rare now i remember the days of the killarney rally thered be 30 odd cams lined up along the road, great job man, look after her!
Very nice work. Always wanted to strip my s13 down like this and make a proper job of it but I'm scared i'll find more bathroom sealant filled holes that the previous owner "fixed" lol.. good times
Thanks lads can't get her out and about as much as I'd like due to ther being a foot of snow lol Heres a pic I took at the Donegal rally a couple of years ago
that is fucking ace , looks just like the one my mate had back in the day (like late 90's lol). Interior looks new!
Gotta love the 86s. Quite fancy one that has just had a full restoration, shame I don't have a cool 6.5k lying around..!
Awesome work! I love 86's, unfortunately here in italy you will never be able to find one. Question: how is it called the stand where you can turn over the car? thanks
nice car dude! i have to know how come the aerial is on the passenger side? also where can you get the black side lights? thanks ben
Thanks for the comments lads! The ukdm had the arial on the passenger side they also have the side repeaters on the wings and the side lights are early spec uk ones which were black instead of amber as thers no indicator in them
It's called a roll over jig or a spit they can be made up up pretty handy if you have welder and a lot of box steel
Got my driftworks braided handbrake lines today so gonna throw them in next week also got some new wheels and a set of nrca's can't wait to get it on the road again That's all for now
