woah i missed a lot going on with this car then. interesting move to the v8. i have 2 fc t2's with 13b and i love that shit, i have also shoved a 1uz in something so im a big fan of both engines. always wondered what was possible with a 1uz without going forced induction. mine was awesome even in very basic tune. revved like an absolute nutter though so i can barely imagine what this will be like.
    fair. fucking. play.

Should be good. The builder and balancer bloke both reckon after seeing the internals etc it should be revving to 10k lol. I'll be happy with 8k but lets see where the power is, not gonna rev it less than it wants, but not gonna rev it for no reason.
Power wise there's lots of SRs on here that make a lot more, but I don't need power.

Engine looks pretty cool to be fair.

It's almost all finished now, just stupid niggly problems we didn't expect, and waiting for mapping now...

I enjoyed reading through this. Rotarys are brilliant while they are spinning properly, but a high revving v8 is the answer to all of life's problems, I would love to hear this at full chat.

I want to see and hear the results from this now as I fancy this type of build next.

If you are waiting for a mapping slot I recently gave up a slot on the 14th March with Greg that should now be free if you can get the car ready for then

Gh0st- Cheers. TBH I've not put much in the way of details on here anymore as lately most the actual drifters have gone and it's just idiots trying to pick holes in stuff they've no idea about. Build threads are the most interesting and popular bit of any car forum, and this place used to be full of them, but hardly any good ones now as almost none of the top guys bother posting on here anymore.

Woods-People like you is why nobody bothers posting on here anymore and it's all going to shit.

Craig- Can't even remember the name now, just some pretty cheap ones, work well though, have been modified but would've worked fine anyhow.

Agree, but then everybody whines and ruins threads so he CBA updating them anymore, I've followed this from the beginning, and was lurking on here when the forum first started up, it was a better place back then. stav has lots of knowledge, one of only a hand full of guys doing things outside the box and still gets unnecessary stick.

Probably the most suited hoses Iv seen before. Nice touch!

My light pods are the same, lighter and less gay than OEM and perfect for holding tools / cups of coffee.
