Finally got round to making a build thread, I initally bought a pretty stock UK touring in green in 2011, coming from a saxo this was a big jump which i certainly do not regret. It was fairly stock when i bought it with the few following modifications Greddy FMIC MBC 3 inch exhaust Boost guage Dump valve Running 0.8 bar when i got the car was around 270-280 bhp id suspect. First purchase about a week after buying the car was apex gen 2 fast road coilovers.. this pretty much started the bug of buying and spending a crap load on this car. giving the worst offset ever! clutch was starting to get high thus it was time for a exedy organic which was on offer at the time. Next up was a boost controller and management Eventually got round to getting 555 injectors fitted Many other changes over the first two years of ownership.. results in this spec. Engine/ gearbox Unopened sr20det Nismo 555 injectors Greddy FMIC Hybrid T28 braided lines Black rocker cover Apexi AVCR set to 1.25 bar Apexi Power FC Cold air intake with ducting Stainless manifold Z32 MAF exedy clutch Apex turbo elbow Apex downpipe Turbo gaskets replaced Suspension/ Chassis Apex Gen 2 coilovers Apex toe arms Apex camber arms ultralite nurburgring 18" powder coated in black 225/40/18 goodyear eagle f1 asymetric 2's Nismo front strut brace Apex Rear half cage Stop tech pads in standard calipers with brembo discs dot5.1 fluid Loom relocated higher in arch Rot removed from rear arches and number plate section glossed black Interior Ksport seats with luke harnesses Dished wheel vibe speakers Autometer oil pressure, oil temp,water temp and boost guages mounted on dash HKS turbo timer Apex short shifter Took it on my first track day and it performed fairly well, wasnt going 100% as daily driver and i didnt fancy wreaking it. can definately brake later and use more of the track without a doubt, 4th was crunching into gear under fast shifts so was being easy on it Been to crail a fair few times aswell 14.2 with passanger but should definately be into the 13s, its all in the launch got into the semi finals for rwd for the last 2 years, had to pull out with gearbox issues but there fixed and im ready to try again this year. running against a friends forged mr2 which normally wins it each year, ill hope for rain
