Well it’s time to sell my 180sx, I’ve owned the car for just over a year now, I bought it to itch that craving of owning a jap car like this and I have not been disappointed, I’m not going to say that it is perfect, because it is not, but it is a great solid car and always get plenty of attention. Forged pistons and conrods are listed as having been bought and installed in 2013, and realistically there’s no reason I can think of why they would not still be in there. Unfortunately, no official paperwork present though as proof, would just be a good bonus if they truly are. Underneath is generally clean (see pictures). It’s been properly undersealed twice plus a couple touch ups in the 10 years since it came over. (paperwork proof present) First time in 09 upon import by the dealer, touched up 2012 and then again full underbody professional underseal 2015 Interior is clean. No cracks in dash. Full interior + carpet etc. The clutch and diff are quite an aggressive combination Body kit has a fair few spider cracks and stone chips here and there and there is a bit of flaking on some areas of paint such as the side skirts and bottom of doors as well as on the rear wheels Small crack in the rear left light. Slight bit of legacy drift damage to the bottom edge of the left rear arch. Stems from a tyre shitting itself drifting and a small section has been blown out along with a few pinholes in the general area. You can’t actually see it with the rear bumper on. It’s on the inside right at the bottom and its non-structural so not a big deal really. It has been wire brushed and coated the edges generously in rust convertor and a lick of paint to protect it and deter any rust. Arches have been rolled and as such both the front and rear have some paint cracking on the edge and the odd split etc. The car underwent a gearbox rebuild at Garage-D at the beginning of the year as it lost reverse, with the usual cracked reverse/5th selector fork, the box was removed and then re-built with good used parts.
