SO!... I bought a 1997 180sx. It looked like this. {} Then I changed it so it was manual, and I put a seat in it so I could go faster around corners and a steering wheel and a gearknob. {} Then I found a few bits I was missing and bought some wheels. {} {} Then I put everything on {} {} {} And now it's done. Last weekend I drove it down to Taupo listening to Phil Collins most of the way and I filmed some of my friends drifting:
Would this be an RPS13? So i can search on the Jap auctions? Looks bloody lovely for such simple mods!
Nicad7: Yep RPS13, It's actually a Spec S model (SR20DE) but don't tell anyone. I don't like overcomplicating stuff. It's not a drift car. It doesn't need 10000000hp and 900 adjustable arms. I daily drive it also. Here's a BIG picture, excuse the front offset, was running HUGE spacers when I took it:
Haha. I highly doubt it. Purple/Blue 180 is Adam from C's Garage. Brown 86 is F20C powered. It was a great day for sure.
This project is all about two words - "simple" and "clean". What's not to like about it? Loved the vid. Isn't that white FC running a 1JZ? It definetely doesn't sound like a rotary engine...
I thought I recognised this S13. Just realised I've been reading your blog for a month or two now! Love this car so much!
