SO!... I bought a 1997 180sx. It looked like this.

    DSC02698.

Then I changed it so it was manual, and I put a seat in it so I could go faster around corners and a steering wheel and a gearknob.

    interior1.

Then I found a few bits I was missing and bought some wheels.
    DSC00178_cr.

    6.

    Then I put everything on

    dsc_5007_resize.

    dsc_4939_resize.

    side.

And now it's done. Last weekend I drove it down to Taupo listening to Phil Collins most of the way and I filmed some of my friends drifting:

    Nicad7: Yep RPS13, It's actually a Spec S model (SR20DE) but don't tell anyone. I don't like overcomplicating stuff. It's not a drift car. It doesn't need 10000000hp and 900 adjustable arms. I daily drive it also.

Here's a BIG picture, excuse the front offset, was running HUGE spacers when I took it:

    Haha. I highly doubt it.

    Purple/Blue 180 is Adam from C's Garage.
    Brown 86 is F20C powered.

It was a great day for sure.

This project is all about two words - "simple" and "clean". What's not to like about it? :)

Loved the vid. Isn't that white FC running a 1JZ? It definetely doesn't sound like a rotary engine...

Thanks guys, wasn't hard to build.. just took a while to find the Type X Lip / Valance / End caps.

    Nardi 330 Classic
    Yashio Shifter / Surround
    Bride Zeta 3
    Broadway Mirror

    Full Type X Aero
    Pivot RHU-M
    DMAX Park/Indicator Combo's
    Ganador Electric Mirrors

    Cusco Strut Braces
    Z32 5 Stud
    Work Emotion XT7 17/18 stagger
    Ohlins Coilovers / Swift Springs

    And that's about it!

I'm over my drifting days and more interested in filming so its perfect for me.. Full interior and aircon ftw!
