oooooook update time cut out some rust replaced with some VW bonnet fabricated a new peice of chassis rail flipped it on its other side weldey weld sanded it back a bit flipped it back over ...again ahh the good old toyota echo, renowned for its saftey and looks only an old lady could love, few people know that they also make great suspension braces for nissans see, told ya primered the belly of the beast added some skid plates to the castor arm brackets and then i sealed it all up to stop rust and that damn smoke getting in well thats it for now, i'm waiting on some etch primer for the engine bay and the interior, i'll prime that up next week and then i'll underseal the bottom as well, all fresh new black, i cant wait, it'll be like a new car! hooray
cheers for the comments fellas, the car is back off its side and back on the castors, it's getting prepped for primer
heres a wee updaye for ya, this week has been bloody boring.....about 150 240 grit sanding disks later the car looks like this and almost ready for a good coat of etch primer for the inside, just gotta get in all the flangey spots with the ol' scotchbrite tomorrow, hopefully primed on the weekend or tomorow night  dont worry bout the intercooler, was just messin around with a damaged one we had lyin round i blanked off the a/c holes with a bit of steel glued in with structural glue, this glue tears the steel before it lets go aye, good stuff  thats the stage the car is at so far...as you can tell theres a few hours put into this so far aye lol
