oooook fellas, heres a update for you all, basicly all of it is boring old suspension..... well here we go jacked the car up and dropped out the rear subframe shoved the subframe and the 4 hub assembelies in the boot of my hack, the stock 4 stud and a set off a r32 gts-t for donors burned out the stock rubber bushes removed the old ass ball joints and pressed in new ones sanded the arms up a bit of paint more stuff painted the r32 rear drum assembly has this horrible dust cover now it dosent! new ball joints, nolathanes in there painted the stupid gay blue solid subframe bushes cleaned and polished the bolts for the subframe, a bit chavvy but looks good, lol old vs old and crusty painted the subframe in! restored parts more and more solid mounts in hub assembly, the r32 hubs have rooted bearings in them, they'll have to be replaced one day chucked a rim on and jacked it up with all the arms on needs less camber the toe arm is hitting on the solid subframe bush, i'll have to notch it out, this is where the suspension will bottom out needs less camber and some spacing too, quite dissapointed where these rims sit, expected them to be sitting further out than they are, theyre 17x10 +15's
yup.....definatley a bit less camber and my fake brembo-ness thats all folks, i'll be getting the front done sometime soon too
cheers fellas, really means alot, the rims are called 'diesel drift' and i'll be painting them bronze as im not keen on the two tone look aye, cheers
woow some very nice work going on here. Love attention to detail on this car I wish you had done a full cage Its not too late, think about it before painting
not a whole lot of an update but.....meh im bored prettymuch got the camber issue sussed out got the left side in too dropped all the front out got that out, but not without casualties AND because of putting the rear back in and taking the front out....it became a nissan see-saw so this shovel is not just a fashon statement but a peice of my car's structure, lol
