got my coilovers removed the collars...still not low enough....NEEDS MOAR LOW bought some solid aluminium then lathed them up recesses for steel washers cheers to dimaat for the spare subframe which i took the old bushes out of then i gave it a new coat of paint bushes in, locks the frame solid to the chassis and raises the whole lot and gives more clearance.....infinatley better than those shithouse $80 sandwich ones i had before....
WW this is sickiest project man!!! I love the shell the atention to detail... great job! btw, which size are those solid bushes, I want to make some too, for my RS13
lol, took me ages to make these, made them all by hand on a lathe, no mass production cnc stuff here but parts shop max sells them in the usa (where i nicked the idea from)
The bushes are the same as the ones I made for mine. Works well for sure. Although mine are slightly diferent because I have an s14 frame in my s13. Looking good anyways, I can't wait to see this finished
ITS FUCKING ROLLING....far too high....but rolling NEVERTHELESS so fucking stocked, even the handbrake works.....sort of and i KNOW its too high but thats as low as the front will go...it will definatley get lower soon! i'm the first to admit its too high! put all the arms back in, started to roll the left gaurd....it just wouldnt tighten up, i thought the thread was stripped or something but no...the cheap ass gaurd roller shat itself....dont worry MK-II will be much beefier my clearances with my subframe....the arms will never hit anything under there
cool, hope you have them btw, about the lowered suspention on this project, i think this is pretty low, why go alot more lower?
this is one serious project what motor are you going to be putting into it?? also where did you get the brackets for the front brakes ??
