You need to apply 10 days before the start of the season, so you will have to wait until next year now. Keep an eye on their website/facebook during the winter to find out details for next years application.
You can still apply for individual rounds, but I think round 3 will be closed now. But you will need a letter of accreditation from whoever you are working for though.
