    Depends where you look.

If you look in the right places you should get a nice 328/325 for sub 1k

Otherwise you will be raped hard in the wallet.

Over the last 5 years I've bought various 323/5/8s and never paid more than about 700 quid, even for rust free FSH ones. They're definitely going up now.

I totally agree, 3 years ago i bought a 318is for £500 then this year in sept a 323 for £750 but was mint. and just recently a 328 for £750 which was pretty ruff. But, yeah they are going for silly money now! :(

I think it's all about where you're looking and who you know.

I swapped a fucked Vauxhall Astra for a 325 once.

Hmmm, my 323 Cost me £444 On Ebay, I sold the wheels on it for £252 so the whole car owed me £192! It was tidy, drove well and had tax and test so I can't agree with E36 Prices increasing, not on a personal level anyhow.

If you're on Facebook have a look at the various 'buy and sell drift cars' pages, the Birmingham wheels page usually has a few skid cars.

If you're not a faceache user, sign up to the TrampDrift forum. Usually a few on there. As long as you do skids and can handle banter you'll be fine.

Its the same as e30's, theyve rocketed because they have been preceeded by newer models.
the wall bangers do push the price up though.

    Supply and demand.

Less are about due to the average person sees it as a old BMW so scrap them

    Crashed due people 'going hard'

More people want them for drifting as a great daily drift car and cheap.

Something is only high priced or expensive if it doesn't sell!!
