So I bought my first drift car the other day, a lovely PS13. When I got her home, she failed to start and I couldnt hear the fuel pump priming. So after some investigation, I saw the Earth from the pump had been cut and put straight onto the car. After thinking it must be the pump gone, I ran a live straight to the pump and an earth to the battery. The pump worked, so I removed this earth that was to the car and reattached the earth to the plug like OEM style, the car now runs great. My question is why would someone do that? Did he just get half way through hardwiring it and thing meh and stop?
