Apparently the Carbone lorraines are 21mm thick and standards are 19mm i think the info below is correct for E39 M5 based on EBC details. also pictures could be generic? Front rear
CL only list a front pad, at 18mm thickness. Same as E90 yep Only in RC6E, which is endurance racing compound, serious pad. £240inc VAT - in stock.

CL are CL UK, they hold all of them. You won't find them anywhere - that's an "approx" too, CL's factory isn't the fastest, then they'll need to be machined.
