i would be well up for this,what is the maximum amount of cars you will allow? in order for good seat time.and not having to que for long periods to get on track.
From a quick google the whole area looks about the same size as the big track as pod. Could make for a cool technical circuit though. Nice to see other tracks offering space for events to happen. Shane it's still 3 hours away from me though =(
I think its going to run with 3 pens i te 70 x 100m area. 2 large more gymkhana style pens in the triangular area and on the big track we will sipmly cone out 1 big circuit. If you look at the size of the circuit on the map and remeber when you were a school kid and did 100m you can appriciate the size of the whole area. For the first day we are going to set a limit of around 50 cars max. This could end up 1 of two ways we may have some teething problems i.e too few or too many but we will just need you guys to bear with us as if there are too many its easy we just have less cars there next time We also have a pit area and in this area there will be a fixed speed limit that has to be adhered to. No drifting or you will be made to leave. There will also be a quick drivers meeting in the morning that we will need you lot to go to just as its the first time there and to go through a few boring We also are possibly having a few BDC boys coming on the day running taxis and offering tuition. Today is D-Day where hopefully everything is confirmed in writing and deposit is down I will let you all know later on today
I'd be game for that, likewise to drift addict its about a half minute walk from my house and my car will be on the road roo.
What date you looking at - currently looking for bday present for tooley, thinking of taking day off for his bday (12th June) and going for a drift sesh??
UPDATE !! The date has been slightly altered its now 21st July. We are confirming all the booking today / tomorrow and we will be needing deposits after then. We will need half deposi and half on the day (or pay in full before if you like) But if you are wanting to pay via paypal please send this as a gift or your cash will be returned as im sure you can imagine the the fees on 50 cars will add up. All payment details will be made on a new thread in the next couple of days please look out for it as spacers will go fast !!!
on it, ill be paying for my spot as soon as the chance arises Just a thought, this venue is pretty close to pod as far as i can see, just wondering if the track size is going to be much bigger or will it be similar size?
