    Helping a friend with the sale of this...

    Owned it for several years but has lost interest now due to busy work schedule

    Selling as a "project" however is a fully running car... PLEASE READ ADVERT CAREFULLY

    Spec;
    1989 FC Turbo
    Sunroof removed
    1JZ GTE
    R154 Manual gearbox
    Mishimoto Alloy rad
    FMIC
    Coilovers
    Roll cage welded in
    Cobra buckets
    Sparco steering wheel
    JDM Mesh alloys
    Kouki lights
    cut offs
    Syvecs S6 ECU

    - Alloy fuel tank not plumbed in but if you want to fit/sell its there
    - Apparently has been stitch welded shell but i haven't looked into this

    Full V5 present

    BAD BITS;
    - When being mapped engine got bit hot and so could need a coolant bleed OR HG replaced.
    - Steering rack needs a seal so currently has not power steering
    - Front windows are lazy to go up/down
    - Cluster needs plugging in and general tidy up
    - No MOT

    All in all a great base here that runs and drives, just needs some time and love... Paint is really nice.. Could break it but no time and be a shame as this will make a great weapon for comp or road!!!

    Have a transporter so happy to help with delivery as i would NOT advise driving it with the heavy steering.

    Surrey

    £3990 .......... need gone quick please

    That's awesome. Good buy for someone with a bit of time to fix the issues. It'd cost a lot more to build the car than the asking price.

    Afaik the JZ's don't fit well in an FC, they are too tall. How did he get around that issue? Spaced down the subframe?
    Pictures of the mounts etc would be interesting!

    Could you ask, as I'm interested. As much info about the conversion as possible.
    I was planning a 1J S13 or a 1UZ FC. The combination might work too, worst case I'd still have half the parts to do one of the builds!
    Is the swap mentioned on the V5 too, and if not, could that be done?

    I'm confused, are you interested in buying the car or just info on conversion. No it's not on the v5. No need to be.

    In buying :) I'm from Belgium, it matters (quite hard) there, can't get it on the road if it's not on the paperwork.

    @joel: hmm, must be the 2jz, iirc it' slightly taller than the 1J
