Which part do you need? I'm breaking a 34k miler due to front end damage but I think the floor will be fine.

No it isn't too rotten to weld there good metal there but it's got most of the center I'll be looking at doing the full floor upto the raised section for the back seats ie where the fuel tank in ect

Not too far then. You can have the shell for what I'd get scrap if you're interested.

What damage is up front? Bumpers and stuff or bent? And what would you get for a shell scrap? Where you based?

Shell is in Burton DE14, front is generally bashed about as it's been drifted a fair bit. Less than 100 quid scrap but it'll be a fairly bare shell.

So it wouldn't be worth doing a shell swap then no? And I'll have to speak to a friend about storage

the front is pretty mullered, it would only be usefull to chop up for repair sections as the floor, sills pockets will be mint. i think mitch is trying to say he dont really care if it goes to scrap or if you take it to fix your as long as some one gives him a bit of dosh for it. scrap is something like £140 a ton at the moment for light iron.(well it was last week when i checked)

does that sound about right cheif??

Be miles easier and cheaper to buy a rolling shell that requires less welding.
