    That would be a shame, really hoped to see this thing on the ragged edge and see how good it lasts compared to the more conventional engine swaps :(

    I do like this, and the window frames are a great idea. Did you just bend them by hand? I've gotta make something similar for my r32 eventually.

    Hah top work mate thanks! I was literally just looking at my stripped doors yesterday trying to figure out a way to hold the windows in, that's given me a few ideas thanks

    sorry to hear about your grandfather man.

    as for the omega gearbox i heard theyre very weak and i know of one person who blew his up in his e30 b204 stage 4 and that was only grip track day. you should use a bmw gearbox, i know someone who does an adapter plate and flywheel for the bmw box to b204 cnc machined. pm me if youre interested.

    cant wait to see it finished

    no worries just thought id let you know for when you want to upgrade to a stronger gearbox! hopefully have my conversion done end of september
