Time to move on. The prospect of more miles for work drives me to consider a rwd diesel daily driver. I still really like this car very very much and it has served me well for the last 18months or so. I know the previous 2 owners of the car and apart from a few little niggles its still very nice indeed. The niggles are: Slight damage to leading edge of front NS wing - possibly pulled out and filled or a replacement wing. Slight damage to leading edge of bonnet - just needs a teeny weeny bend taking out. Front bumper cracked in 2/3 places - sorted by some glassing easily. Drivers door hinges have play - replacement set provided with car Squeaky clutch release bearing Possibly incorrect backlash on diff - would benefit from a setup. Tiny amount of surface rust on trailing edge of one rear arch - easily caught and put right. Car had a very light glance on the wall at teeside but no geometry points have been affected at all - i have been driving the car daily since it happened without issue. Would have been really easy to disguise this but I am an honest person. Also don't like wasting peoples time so all the things you are likely to find are listed above. Anyway - onto the cars specification. {} H plate R32 Skyline GTS-T Black 2 door coupe 165000 Kms - but it was obviously non abused and completely standard in japan before it came here. Man, I'd buy this if I didn't have my existing money pit. Its the perfect spec footwork wise and thats my main fetish! Been owned by two guys who both share the same attention to detail. Adam did all the right things to start with and made sure it was serviced perfect and Ian's attention to detail is always spot on. Whoever buys this won't be disapointed!
That is a fantastic car at a really low price man! The only thing not "drift spec y0" about this car is the responsive standard turbo and the lack of gash bodykit and stickzorz. I've drifted this car before and after all the suspension work, and it, is, NIIIIIICE. Still super-comfy IMO and yet has a large number of grips and smokes. Plenty of power to smoke the limiter in 3rd and I'm sure there are only about 50 people or so in the country who would be asking for more spec-wise. All in a car that is still perfectly daily-driveable and in normal (non-drifty) people's terms it's still in great condition. I'm genuinely surprised you mentioned those cosmetic issues Ian, I never even notice any rust, and the dents would normally be that of minor trolley dings not actual damage! lol. You know I'd snap this up if I had cash, I always loved the car
Thank you all for your kind words. And for the record...mikey got to grips with this car in approximately the time it takes to leave the pits at tees and the first corner LOL. He then proceeded to hit lovely lovely lines for 5 laps - but - he does that kind of thing.
Ian needs a mile munching comfort wagon not an s13 Although he still has "RWD" and "powerful" and "LSD" on his essentials list
Lol, yeah it's defo the way forward for average Joe Ivanadrift. Can't wait to get some money together then get a nice comfy daily... Mmm interior and choons...
