Hi guys, I have been trying to shop on the site today and have not been able to add items to the cart - they simply don't appear in it. I have now tried from work, using IE and Chrome. I have tried on my Android phone using Chrome and Firefox and I have now tried from my laptop at home using Chrome. What gives?
hey, thanks for letting us know. I think I've spotted your issue and have done a quick update. Could you do a refresh and let me know if that's helped please? I've temporarily disabled the loading popup thing when you add to cart which has hopefully bypassed this issue until we can take a closer look at it. cheers, James
No change I'm afraid I have noticed that earlier today it did put one item into the basket a couple of times, but it wouldn't add anything else. The rest of the time it just did nothing.
