I'm rebuilding my sr20 back up and i was screwing one of the banjo bolts into the block for the turbo line and the front threads inside the hole broke and now the hole is bigger then the banjo bolt. So now the bolt won't tighten up just keeps turning. The threads at the end of the hole are fine its just the front.

Any ideas what i can do to fix this as it'll just leak. Cheers

    a) Either find a helicoil that'll fit (don't know the thread size myself),
    b) Drill and tap bigger,
    c) Cover it in thread lock fluid and cross your fingers.

Drill out the remaining threads, tap it for a size larger and buy a Helicoil that mates the bigger thread size to the smaller one

What's the current size? Sometimes helicoils need to be 2 sizes larger if the original is a bit small. Also take note of the helicoil torque settings too as sometimes they can be different
