Basically I had this problem when I took my s13 off the road last year. I have replaced lower arms, ball joints, caster arms, have tein track rod arms and ends and have replace the fluid in the rack. Now the only thing I can think is that the rack is the cause but I would like some second opinions as I really cant be bothered to rip the rack out if its not that
This may sound stupid but when I fitted my aftermarket boss and steering wheel I had the same issue as I needed to cut the indicator cancel ring down. Wasn't sure if you had fitted one while it was off the road.
Have you had it aligned since the change? How wide are your lower arms? Wheel specs? Spacers? Tyres??
