    hate so say it but I may just run the stock front end. The 4 runner tire opening is so huge it just looks out of place. And this looks good. 4x4 fenders would be perfect.

    Wow what a build, your the same age as me (slightly older by a couple of days but hey ho lol) and you have some proper dope skills!!

    Love all of your work, I've just spent ages reading this on my iPod touch wat a mission that was, well worth it though!!

    Thanks guys. No real progress lately. Made some rubber mounts for the radiator. Been really cold and snowing.

    I used to have a MK2 GTi with Yahmaha R1 bike carbs - sounded amazing and went well too... Really miss that car.

    Hope mine breaks 100whp

    Im thinking about supercharging mine a little later and calling it a g80. Im looking for a g60 valve cover to put on mine.


    BTW this golf has ovet 700,000 miles on it. Never had any motor vork done to it, never had the head off.
