Hi all, The time has come to sell my Striker and move back into the world of drifting... 1995 Sylva Striker II, correctly registered on both V5 and MOT system MOT until June 2018 I've owned the car for 2 years and in this time have done just over 1,000 miles Spec: 1995 Sylva Striker II - complete with original build manual Escort based with cross flow engine, sierra 5 speed box and live axle Build 1700cc engine - various receipts for balancing & lightening. Kent fast road cam, twin Dellorto's - dyno print out for 126bhp Spax suspension all round Greenstuff pads 185/60/13 Yokohama A539's on 13" minilites Aero screen + full screen and doors Improvements in the 2 years I've had it: Full height (with head restraints) JK composites striker specific seats Sabelt harnesses Re-wired with modern fuse boxes All new dash switchgear Acewell digidash Innovate LC-2 wideband & gauge New battery, alternator, rose jointed tensioner and fuel sender unit Mini wiper system added, along with wash system New door mirrors (decent size, can actually use them!) Bespoke roof to go with the full screen & doors set-up Bespoke seat pads the JK composite seats, tunnel elbow pad & floor matts (all done in the last month, not in the pictures) Serviced at the tail end of last year but only done ~400 miles since. Genuine Ford filter, Valvoline 20w/50 VR1 oil and changed the coolant at the same time. A good honest car that isn't going to win any shows but provides huge fun for the cost. I've taken photos every step of the way over the last 2 years which I'll stick on a CD / USB - plenty more pics available upon request. 126bhp but just under 500kg so acceleration / braking / cornering are fantastic, there's no replacement for lightweight!
