It is with great regret that I am selling my M3 Evo :(

I have owned it for about 14 months (that's quite good for me!) and loved every minute of driving it. It is the best all round car I have ever owned. Quick enough to satisfy most day to day driving experiences and will return 32-34 MPG on a run. In my year of ownership I have spent over £2k tidying it up and maintaining it. Sadly it has to go to free up some cash.

    153,000 miles
    MOT until Sept 2014
No tax - happy to tax it at buyers cost. I have SORN'd it as I will just use my other half's car for the time being.
    Alcantara/cloth Vader interior
Almost FSH - there is a gap between 111k and 143k. 143k being when I bought the car.
Lots of old MOT's and paperwork.
VANOS seals and bolts replaced 2 months ago.
Full laser alignment carried out in 2012.

    Modifications:

    Polybushed
E38 7 series 4 pot Brembo callipers with braided lines and EBC yellowstuff pads
    12mm spacers all round
    K&N panel filter
Black kidney grilles (originals will come with the car).

    Bad bits:

The window surround trim on the sides could benefit from painting or replacing as it looks a bit tatty.
Small hole in driver's seat bolster.
Crack in front bumper (I didn't even notice this when I bought the car).
A few age related marks as you would expect of a car of this age.
Small dent in nearside door behind rubstrip.
Oil light flashes when you start the car. Always has done.

Other than that, the car is great. It drives really well and has been looked after with no expense spared during my ownership.

The price is £3600ono and the car is located near Sudbury on the Suffolk/Essex border. I have probably forgotten a few bits, please feel free to give me a ring.

I will also do the car for £3200 with standard brakes and no spacers.

    Thanks for looking,

    Dave

    What a fantastically perfect M3!

The right colour, the right wheels, the right interior. Absolutely perfect.

If/when my E32 shifts I will be giving you a ring. Otherwise best of luck with the sale.

How long does the oil light flash for when you start the car? To what extent was it polybushed? Who did the vanos work?

Sorry to bombard you with these questions all at once :)

Oil light flashes 3 times IIRC. Polybushes are brake reaction bushes, anti roll bars, rear trailing arms, possibly more. I did the VANOS work - it's a piece of piss if you know what you are doing.

oil light flashing usually means a sensor in the sump is knackered, no Biggi. To anyone wondering

looks nice and priced about right. I could be wrong but that looks like Daytona Vilot Not Techno Vilot.
Techno Vilot has alot more of a pearl flip to it.

It's definately Techno violet. Daytona violet was rare as rocking horse shit and a bit lighter IIRC.
