I've got a strength gym right next to me some absolute beasts in there, dumbells also go up to 65KG. The Rock was training here when filming F&F6.

Optimum Nutrition are great especially the Gold Standard. Try Protein Works as well new on the market but products are good.

Im struggling at the moment with Bicep Tendonitis its a bitch

was just about to say that is stupid and dangerous..... but i bet it looks impressive. We have a guy at the gym who loads up the 45' leg press with a 220lb stack of weights, 13x 50lb plates on top of it on a post and a 220lb guy sitting on top of the stack. Very impressive to watch, but probably an accident waiting to happen at some point.

REally must start a actually training programme, as apposed to just doing ruffely what I've planned in my head lol

I was thinking this, I just train what feels ok to train if you get me?

Have you weighed them? what's written on them normally is what they weigh.

Sure it's not a combination of old weights put together?
    That doesn't make sense lol.

Are they steel 5kg plates or a solid dumbell?

They'll be technogym weights. Ours are same. Massively bigger than a 30 but still have the inter centre thing of a 30.

    They are!

But they say 50kg on the middle cover plate. Yet on the actual weights it says 30kg. So presume they are 60s with 50 centre caps?

Imma do an exercise with one just to say ive done it.

    Not sure what though

Personally for me I use Sci Max build and trim. It's low carb with high protein.

I've got my first pro amateur kickboxing fight on may 5th. K1 kickboxing.... Ouch.
Currently bang on weight at 58kg but now want to shred and build extra muscle .
Lots of sprinting, squats and endurance position. Training atm is in the cage doing 6minutes of continuous UFC drills. It's emotional lol!

^^ Good luck with the fight!

I'm training legs with a mate on Sunday, I'll get a video so everyone can critique my squats.
I'll be on a hangover and with legs still sore from this week, so won't go too heavy!

They're 50s trust me. Both gyms I've trained at had same weights at both.
Weights go up to 42kg then those 50s.
I can just press them for 6, and I can Definately not push 60s off my chest.

Words cannot portray how bad training legs on a hangover was, literally thought I was going to die.

Mate, I'm the least dramatic person, but it was sheer hell lol.
Still went heavy though, how I didn't throw up was a miracle.

Anyone a fan of stiff leg deads? Tried them, not too keen but need to find form.
