    yep its a standard motor with a remap and a few of the electrical bits taken off.Cheers

    So I crashed this one proper yesterday, not really sure what happened, felt like I was just getting to grips with how twitchy it was. a few people have said it looked like something broke at the back when I hit the kerb on the exit, the way the wheel broke looks a bit suspect but even watching the vid I cant really work out what's going on, quite possibly just me spazzing at the wheel. all I remember is thinking, this gonna hurt.
    So she needs some major repairs but took the hit quite well considering. this was the second time iv driven it and the first time the engine died so pretty gutted. Its only metal though!

    ah that's truly gutting. Sorry to see this happened mate that little pop is one of the most inspiring cars on here I hope you get it back up and working well

    The way it survived a BIG hit like that is credit to the quality of the shell/cage work, nice one.

    With the fab skills you have I'm sure this won't be the last of it.

    Nooooooo one of the best builds on here, you drive that thing bloody hard fair play man.

    Looks pretty bad from the outside, but from the inside its brutal.

    Hope you get it sorted asap.

    Evening all, The pop is nearly back to good health after its battering, It took it pretty well considering.
    luckily I have good mate with a chassis jig, he pulled the strut top back into place as it had moved over and pulled out all the damage out of the rear quarter bit so that was the body back good as new which was a massive relief , not the case with the running gear though that was all pretty much mangled and iv replaced or repaired most of it.
    Every job I have done has been a total bastard and the thing has fought me all the way, i have come to the conclusion that im being haunted by a previous owner that doesnt approve of what i have created.
    Il get some pics up soon, gonna be running steels on it now to.
